Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, return shipping is free of charge.

All Other Returns: For all other returns — including change of mind, incorrect size or colour, or unwanted items — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

2. Receive Instructions

We'll respond with return authorisation and step-by-step instructions.

3. Pack Your Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all included tags and accessories.

4. Shipping Label

You will receive return instructions. However, the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged, must be covered by you.

5. Send It Back

Drop your package off with your preferred carrier using the instructions we provide.                                                                                                                                                           

Refund Process

 Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us.

We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
